All payments are required within 24 hours of purchasing your item(s). All payments made through our website will be verified with processor for the security and safety of all parties involved.
Listings for pre-order items require full deposit upfront. Pre-orders are based on a first come first serve basis. After deposit is collected, we will attempt to secure the item/product. Time Traders Inc does not guarantee order fulfillment due to fluctuation in market availability. If/when possible, we will provide updates to narrow down a delivery window. If product cannot be fulfilled, full deposit will be returned. Once delivered, pre-ordered items are not eligible for be returned.
All item(s) are shipped out within one business day, once full payment has been received and have cleared our bank account. All products will be shipped to verified PayPal buyers with a confirmed US address. We ensure each item(s) is inspected, secured, shipped, tracked and insured before mailing the package out. All packages will require signature at delivery for confirmation. Time Traders Inc. is not responsible for any damages or loss of item(s) during transit back to return address or after 48 hour return window has passed. All item(s) paid by credit card will be shipped to billing address on file with credit card/payment service.

Items will be promptly shipped and buyer will be notified of tracking and delivery window once payment has been cleared. Time Traders Inc. is not responsible for import duties, taxes or tariffs imposed on buyer.
We want our customers to be happy with not only the product, but the service they receive along the way. Customer will have 48 hours from time of delivery to return item. Once the 48 hour window has past, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also include the undamaged original packaging it was sent in. If item(s) arrive back in any condition other than sent out, damages and/ or repair cost will be calculated and deducted from return balance. In the event the item is damaged beyond repair this will disqualify the item from return.
If you are considering a watch or piece of jewelry, please try it on at your local jeweler before you make a purchase from us. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns if our customers don't like the way the product looks on them after purchasing.

To complete your return, we require the original packing slip or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer otherwise you will void your return authorization.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
1. Items with obvious signs of use.
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
3. Any item that is returned more than 48 hours after delivery.
V. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have possession of your returned item. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee will be applied before your refund is processed. A credit will automatically reverse back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days depending on bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
1. If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account before reaching out to us.
2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at TT@TimeTradersOnline.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
