Returns
To be eligible for a return, you must notify us in writing within 72 hours of delivery.
Domestic customers have 7 days from receipt to return; international customers have 14 days.
Refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 48 hours of approval, though your bank may take 3–5 business days to post the credit.
Item(s) must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Important Notes:
Items returned in a different condition than shipped may be subject to repair or restoration deductions. Items deemed damaged beyond repair are not eligible for refund.
All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Please note: Time Traders Inc. is not affiliated with Audemars Piguet, its retailers, or distribution network. Returns must be processed directly with us and not the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards.
Exchanges
Exchanges must be pre-authorized.
You may select another item of equal or greater value.
For lesser-value exchanges, a 15% assessment fee applies.
Exchange credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Gift Purchases
If an item was purchased as a gift:
Exchanges: 100% store credit, less return shipping costs. Item must be in original condition; restoration fees may apply if not.
Refunds: Issued to the original payment method and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Condition will be verified upon return.
Proof of purchase is required for all gift returns or exchanges.
Return Shipping
We currently serve customers in North America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping and insurance costs.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.
We are not responsible for return items lost or damaged in transit; such cases are ineligible for refund, exchange, or credit.
