TIME TRADERS | Returns Refunds and Exchange Policies

RETURNS + REFUND + EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to provide top tier product and customer service. If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!

 

RETURNS:

To be eligible for a return for your item(s), you must notify Time Trades in writing for your request a full/partial refund or exchange within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging/box and undamaged. If item(s) arrive back in any condition other than sent out, damages and/ or repair cost will be calculated and deducted from return balance. In the event the item is damaged beyond repair this will disqualify the item from return.

 

REFUNDS:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) 
1. Items with obvious signs of use. 
2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
3. Any item that is returned without notifying Time Traders Inc. 48 hours after delivery.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Time Traders Inc is not affiliated with Audemars Piguet, authorized retailers/resellers or its distribution network.

Full Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. All returns are subject to an industry standard 15% restocking fee (which cover basic operational costs). 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES:

If you have been given authorization for an exchange you may be eligible for an exchange an bypass the restocking/assessment fees (15%) with an issuance of store credit to be applied against your next purchase. The overage will be credited back to your original payment method after deducting original shipping and processing fees or other fees incurred from initial transaction. Exchange credits are non transferable between parties. 

 

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Select items sold on TimeTradersOnline.com may be considered a "Special Order" and subject to a limited return policy. A "Special Order" may be: 

  • Items that we do not have in the warehouse
  • items that we do not have listed on our website that are sourced by request.
  • All orders that have a sale price equal to or greater than $4,000.

SALE ITEMS: 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

GIFTS: 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

RETURN SHIPPING:

We currently serve North America, Canada and Europe. If you live outside of these continents we will do our best to accomodate you. Please send us a message here and we will arrange delivery on a case by case basis. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be credited towards your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return item(s) lost or damaged in transit and will disqualify buyer from refund, exchange or return credits.
