RETURNS, REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to provide top tier product and customer service. If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help!
To be eligible for a return for your item(s), you must notify Time Traders in writing within 72 hours of delivery receipt of your intent. Domestic customers will have 7 days to return the item(s). International customers will have up to 14 days taking into consideration shipping times and transit delays. A full or partial refund or exchange will be granted within 48 hours of delivery confirmation. Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Item(s) must also be in the original packaging/box and undamaged (full refund). If item(s) arrive back in any condition other than sent out, damages and/or repair cost will be calculated and deducted from return balance (partial refund). In the event the item is damaged beyond repair this will disqualify the item from return. All returns are subject to an industry standard 15% restocking fee (which cover basic operational costs). Once your order has been inspected and your refund is approved, it will automatically be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

If you have been given authorization for an exchange you may select another item in our store of equal or greater value. A restocking/assessment fees (15%) is applied to all exchanges of less value than the original purchase price. Industry standard dictates value to value (retail to retail) as customary. In the event there is an overage, this will be credited to your original payment method after deducting applicable fees. Exchange credits are non transferable between parties.
Certain items sold on www.timetradersonline.com may be considered a "Special Order" and subject to a limited return policy. A "Special Order" may be:
- Items that we do not have in our warehouse.
- items that we do/do not have listed on our website that are sourced by request.
- All orders that have a sale price equal to or greater than $500.
Special order items are non-returnable/non-refundable. Once we locate the item(s) and you have paid we will not accept it back.
Our time is worth something! We add a 10% finders fee on top of purchase price for locating the items that you desire.
GIFT ITEM CONDITIONS:
Items purchased and gifted sometimes do not work out. If the item purchased by buyer was marked or communicated as a gift when purchased, then the refund process will be enacted as follows:
EXCHANGES: We are willing to offer 100% store credit less buyers responsibility for return shipping charges. Once the item has been received, our specialists will evaluate it for condition. If product arrives in any condition other than it’s original, and arrival condition, a fee will be imposed to restore the item based on applicable restoration costs. If item cannot be restored or repaired, refund will not be given.
REFUND: Returned back to original payment method. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once the item has been received, our specialists will evaluate it for condition. If product arrives in any condition other than it’s original, and arrival condition, a fee will be imposed to restore the item based on applicable restoration costs. If item cannot be restored or repaired, refund will not be granted given.
Either scenario dictates proof of purchase in order to proceed.
We are currently serving North America, Canada, The Middle East (Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE), Europe and Asia. If you live outside of these continents we will do our best to accommodate you. Depending on your home region and world events, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping & insurance costs. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for return item(s) lost or damaged in transit and will disqualify buyer from refund, exchange or return credits.
