INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We provide shipping to most countries via FedEx or USPS with delivery confirmation and full insurance. International shipments are shipped with comprehensive insurance and appropriate value declaration. For specific shipping instructions, please contact us with your order number. Shipping speeds vary depending on country/region. Packages can arrive as fast as 3-5 business days or in some circumstance 6-10 days, or more. We are not responsible for carrier shipment delays or delays due to world events. Back ordered or special order items can take up 2-3 weeks or more to ship depending on market demand and availability. We will do our best to locate and delivery as soon as possible.

All orders placed from outside the US will ship once payment has cleared. Time Traders Inc reserves the right to cancel, hold or recall any shipment for suspected fraudulent activity or behavior.

Orders canceled after being placed but before shipping are subject to up to a 15% restocking fee.

Fraud Analysis Disclaimer: All orders which flag in our fraud risk analysis system as high risk will be canceled and refunded immediately. Orders flagged as medium risk will be subject to our discretion. We will conduct full review and investigation to verify order legitimacy. A representative will attempt to contact purchaser for additional documentation to verify identity or access fraud risk. We ask that you cooperate with us throughout the order verification process as we strive to protect the safety and security of online consumers and our rights as a merchant. 

International Duties and Taxes

Your country's customs office may impose import duties or taxes on any incoming international shipment. WE DO NOT CHARGE EXTRA TAX. These additional import fees are the responsibility of the recipient, and vary on average between 10%-20% of the total declared value depending on country, product category and value. Your customs office may contact you to remit payment after you receive your package. In some instances, FedEx will pay these import fees ahead of time for you, and will contact you once the package has cleared customs to remit payment for these duties.

International Return Policy

International returns are protected under our 14-Day Return Policy. Please follow the procedures listed in our Return Policy. Please be advised that all international returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
