Special Orders

At Time Traders Online, we take pride in sourcing rare and exclusive luxury items for our customers. Some products are classified as Special Orders, which follow unique sourcing and return policies.

What Qualifies as a Special Order?

A “Special Order” may include:

• Items not currently stocked in our warehouse.

• Products sourced by request, whether listed on our website or not.

• Any single order with a sale price of $99 or greater.

Policy for Special Orders

• Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable: Once we receive a special order item from the supplier, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

• Processing Time: Special Orders typically require 3–5 weeks or longer depending on availability. In some cases, items may arrive sooner.

• Payment Terms: Full payment is required before sourcing begins.

• Shipping: Orders ship as soon as the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection. Tracking information will be provided at that time.

Refund Guarantee

While we work with trusted suppliers and partners, certain rare or limited-edition products may become unavailable for an extended period or permanently. If we are unable to fulfill your special order within the promised timeframe, your payment will be 100% refunded in full.
